Not so long ago, I thought spring would never get here! Along with spring came the usual busyness ... work, housework, yardwork, soccer, kids etc and the weeks are crazy busy. Finally this morning I can post a few of the blooms in my garden.
I don't remember planting this Tulip, but I thought it was GORGEOUS!

The Frittilaria that I planted last fall bloomed

'Candy Stripe' Creeping Phlox. I thought the pure white spot in the middle was interesting

And the white with Ajuga behind

Euphorbia is a favorite of mine in the spring garden

The Canadian Anemone is flourishing in the green and white garden

The 'White Feather' Hosta is looking good this year

The Tree Peony is in bloom too

    'Hermann's Pride' looking fine

I seem to be having connection problems, so I'd better end there for now. I'm just so happy to be out in the gardens again! :)

Yippee! Spring finally found Netty! :stew2:
Everything is looking wonderful, but the two that really caught my eye is the Euphorbia and White Feather Hosta. They are like bright stars!

WOW Netty spring had outdone herself in your garden last. I love everything you've show us but the Euphorbia, White Hosta and the Frittilaria are eye catchers!! Your phlox is stunning against the dark Ajuga and that tulip is so lovely. :-D

Very nice to see your flowers. What a great selection.
There were three foto's which really stood out for me:the Euphorbia, the Canadian Anemone and that fancy 'White Feather' Hosta with the Lamprocapnos spectabilis in the background.

    Spectacular foto's.

Hi Netty! Hooray for spring!! (Soon to be summer!) Your flowers and plants are so nice. So it was worth the wait heh? All the colorful blooms are so cheery!
I also thought spring would never come. I just put away my warm vest, and just need my sweatshirt a little in the morning now. We have also had some good rain this year so everything is flourishing.
I like your white feather Hosta. I have that new white one that I got bare root early this spring and didn't want to put it into the ground because it was so chilly. Now it is probably time to transplant it!

Thanks all. There are so many things starting to bloom in the gardens now, and the weeds are growing so fast I just can't keep up! I have been wanting to plant up the new section of garden in the back, but the ground is so dry now. We haven't had rain for a few weeks, but there are thunderstorms in the forecast for tomorrow. We need a good rain.
