    Twenty Nine degrees this morning on the first day of spring. Had 2 robins in the yard just now, but they waited until it got above freezing!

    Crikey, Capt. you're colder than we are! :eek: We were on 25°F/-4°C this morning. We haven't got groundhogs so nobody's lied to me yet, but the forsythia's still not in bloom here either.

    Spring seems cool out this morning.I have my blooms on my Carolina Jasmine.Its been blooming for more than 2 weeks.It really cheers me upto see the prettyyellow blooms.

    Yep! COLD! it's snowing here right this minute. I am soooo ready for spring. I planted 40 tomatoes in one greenhouse this week and then started planting all the hanging baskets and potted tomatoes, peppers and eggplants for container sales. I filled the 16x28 with all those container. One minute the sun is shining and the fans kick on then the clouds fill the sky and it is snowing....can't make up her mind, I guess.

    Minus 11 today, snowing and blowing! On the first day of Spring! On this day last year, we we're planting plants outside!

    They first time since 65--not above 50* in March.Fruit tree growers loving it.Me not so much. And we have trees also.
