Where are you?? Come to my house! The biggest problems we've had here are people showing up. Lots of times people go into this type of business so that they can have the day off whenever they like (not that I disagree, mind you). I hired 3 different people who never showed, so impress upon people that you are reliable. One guy we had a few years ago (we've finally taken it on ourselves these days) was so happy to mow ... but I would have loved suggestions for lawn improvement, he just came and mowed and left without anything more.
