With the young birds having to be fed I put out the berries from the freezer, now they can feed themselves, they eat the berries that I have put out. ( photo / image / picture from Kildale's Garden )
The youngsters must be so glad you put out those berries for them. I feed our birds year round but only on natural foods. They certainly seem to appreciate the helping hand they get.
