Cant really find out much about the weather, as all anyone is talking about is flooding and not whats coming next, but I think its supposed to rain -more- over the next 2 days. It also hailed twice (first was dime sized, second was smaller). Once about 6:30am, which woke me up. I watched it for a minute, then went back to bed, cause I had to be up at 7 (I actually got up at 730, I was tired!), the 2nd time at work. It was really quiet this morning xD Part of the road our store is on was closed too. Dont know if its back open yet because I drive the opposite way to go home.

Just saw on WTHR.com (channel 13) that my part of town got 4.26 inches. Thats all?? Wow...

This was taken on my drive in to work. This is an office of an animal food plant right next door to Home Depot where I work. The whole front lawn was water. The quality is poor because its hard to aim the camera when your eyes are on the road...

Its hard to capture rain in a photo, it was coming down pretty hard here.

This was taken on my way home. On my way to work, there were a lot of spots like this, but on my way home it was just this area.

Ok, I didnt take this pic, I borrowed it from the facebook page of one of our local news stations. The pic was taken just a few blocks south of where I live. I would be really upset if this was my car!

OMG I really feel for the person who's car is under water!! I'm pleased though Jen that you are safe and dry. Let's hope the weather improves and the flood water clears.

Flooding can sometimes give you a hopeless feeling as there is little one can do but get out of the way. Glad to hear you are O.K. and that you do not have to deal with a mess. The person who owns the car won't be too happy.

Wow... over 4 inches of rain in that short of a time?
Glad that wasn't your vehicle under water... hope there's drier days ahead for your area.

Oh, my! You've certainly got a lot of weather there. Please don't take any chances when you're out driving. I hope the flooding will recede quickly and that the water hasn't done too much damage.

Luckily all the water has about gone, although at least one bridge in the area was washed out and they dont know when it will reopen. Theres a 50% chance of rain today...

This was taken yesterday, its the northwest corner of our parking lot (my building is on the norteast corner). The ducks seem to enjoy their new pond!
