Story of a storm

    We had a hail storm today (6/2/09). It started around 5:25pm.

    Angel is afraid of storms

    Discovered the gutter has a hole in it >.>

    Some pots were knocked over, but these guys werent hurt

    Some of my plants got flattened or broken stems

    [​IMG]
    [​IMG]
    [​IMG]
    [​IMG]

    But I was luckier than the neighbors

    Another neighbor lost a tree last year in a windstorm
    [​IMG]

    I looked for rainbows after, but didnt spot any

    Neither wonder little Angel is scared of storms Jen with hailstones that size!! :eek: Your poor garden has certainly suffered but it could have been much worse I suppose. I hope your plants recover from theit battering.

    Yikes! I'm so glad you didn't suffer any damage. Poor plants, and poor Angel. I think I'd be under the bed in weather like that.

    Wow Bip, those are some mighty fine size hailstones! Glad no-one was hurt.

    Goodness gracious! I hope that isn't something that happens often! Glad your damage was fairly minor. Wow.
