Last night there was a UFO sighting over Karachi, Pakistan. Many people reported seeing it, it was too high to be a drone, (as the video shows it to be above the clouds). In my entire life, I have always made fun of people who claim to have seen UFOs. Or as it is already scientifically and clinically established - That in challenging times, the element of mass hysteria also plays a part. So until more information becomes available, I will keep my judgments to myself. In fact I rather like to keep an open mind about this, and so resist the urge to draw any conclusions yet. But looking at history, there have been hoaxes as well as sightings which otherwise couldn't be explained, (some still can't be). From tsunamis to earthquakes - Suggesting that this could be ball lightning, which can get formed by the shifting of the Earth's tectonic plates. However, no such major earthquake was reported anywhere in the last 24 hours, (when this UFO activity was at it's peak). Also, there is a myth, that these otherwise unexplainable lights in the sky - Appear not over disaster zones exactly, but at the turning points of history, (as if they are there to record something)... One eye witness of such lights in the sky was a little girl, who saw 3 such lights in the twilight sky (identical to what was observed at different places all over the world last night). These 3 lights were flying in synchronized formation, but doing maneuvers which no other aircraft was capable of doing at the time... This was in 1947, when the largest human mass migration was taking place, during the creation of Pakistan. 20 million people migrated from india, and 5 million brutally butchered in-between. This little girl at that time witnessed it all. And later she became my mother. Therefore whatever she saw, I would trust completely... So this reinforces the belief, that UFOs arrive only to observe and record major turning points in human history. And since the global Coronavirus lockdown too is an event never before witnessed - Suggests that this too will later be written down as another unforgettable turning point of history. Thus is makes sense why suddenly everyone is now seeing UFOs in the sky. But, being a habitual sceptic, I can't help but also recall what Dr. Neal DeGrass Tyson had to say about UFOs...

Toni you indeed have a good point... However, Pakistan is a Muslim majority country, so hardly any liquor being consumed, (compared to western countries). Similar story when it comes to recreational drugs also. Both are against religion - So not very popular in culture.
Most certainly Toni. And like I said, in challenging times, (like now when 4 million people are under lockdown) - Is when mass hysteria also starts to play a part... But to be very honest, this is becoming like an itch which I cannot scratch. It's like a mental puzzle that at first glance looks easy to solve. However, once we get into it, we realize that it can't be so easily explained. What I am however really glad about - Is that I have some very fine and intelligent people over here to brainstorm with! So I am positive that we will come up with an explanation that might put this jigsaw puzzle together.
