Yesterday when we got up to go to work, dr took some pictures of the sunrise. The first is looking to the southeast. It's all orange and turquoise.

The second is looking to the Northeast. It's more pink and blue.

Very nice shots Dooley. I'll bet Eileen pinches them in a blink of an eye for her special folder!

I didn't have time to catch the entire ceremony here in Mayer where the locals throw rocks at the sunrise and go back to bed.

The rest of the day in our little desert oasis is also full of fun. After breakfast we mostly wander around the house swattin' flies and cussin'. After supper though is a high spot of every day, wherein we set out on the deck watchin' the sun go down and listenin' to our stomachs digest supper. It's a pretty full life.
