Ooooh lovely! Now Biita has more daylight than me, and I don't envy her at all. Well deserved. I love the golden colours in your sunrise. I can nearly warm my hands on it.

Thank you droopy, it is warm colors,, wish it was warm tho...lol.

Thank you Frank, starting by the end of April, the last week or a little before we will only have about 4 hours of dark. then around the end of the first week of May, maybe into the second there is no dark at all. it stays that way thru June, July, and to the middle of August. then we start to see an hour or 2 of semi dark,, but not until Sept, do we see real dark for about 4 hours then. then we are back to the races for the dark an no light.

    Bitta, those are beautiful pictures.
You are gaining daylight quickly, you're behind us by just under two hours in number of daylight hours now.

How do you know when to sleep.

    Those are sweet photos...
Just wondering if that makes the tomatos come faster if there are 24 hours of sunshine.
    When are tomatoes ripe?

lol... your body tells you when your tired,, just like it would when its always dark, it tells you when your done sleeping. lol.

I can't grow tomatoes up here Bsewnsew, unless its in a greenhouse. But, Sjoerd taught me a techique that might work in growing them outdoors. So this yr i'll experiment and see. well we do have trees an mountains and those things do cast shadows, so were not in the sun all the time..lol.

Biita those pictures gave me such a warm wonderful feeling when I looked at them. You really live in a beautiful part of the world.

And - my body clock also tells me when to to to bed and when to rise - and to think that I have regular sunshine hours here.

Great pictures - thanks for sharing :stew2:
