After a busy day for us, Laura at the library and me at the swap meet, we had supper at the China Buffet. Very excellent Chinese food. For dessert, I had my usual dish of tapioca pudding. I have loved that ever since I was a child, It was only tonight, however, that I finally realized why I liked it. It is the texture. Here you have a fine creamy, smooth, vanilla sort of pudding and floating throughout it are these lovely, shiny, translucent, juicy fish eyes that sort of pop when you bite into them. Yummy!

With much appology to all who "bit on the fish eggs",It is just a few words altering perception of the facts. Pearl tapioca, so called because of its size is often used in making pudding. I could as well have said the pudding contained lovely, translucent shiny, edible pearls, thus transforming it to a dish well suited to Cleoprata herself. Just a matter of a few words altering perception of the facts. Among others, salesmen and politicians depend on this for their goals. Remember when you are offered tapioca and told it is fish eggs or pearls, it is just a pudding.

WalMart has some gooooooooooooooood tapioca pudding. It is on the deli wall where they slice the cold cuts. I guess they all have the same thing. Really good.

Fish eyes, doesn't bother me, I like tapioca pudding. But I must admit DR you certainly have a way with words.

Thank you, words are fun. Cozy Shack makes a very good tapioca pudding. I found it at several different markets. I am a tapioca fan from way back. DR
