Does anyone else have this? I got it this week and I'm very afraid it is going to interfere with my work.
If anyone knows anything that might help I sure would appreciate hearing about it.

My shoulder gets like that Muddy and I rub it with Aspercreme. I also use it on my tendon that runs up the back of the ankle, it will swell and hurt quite badly and the Aspercreme seems to help better than anything.

Deep Heat does the trick for me Muddy. Hope it clears up soon as it's a real drawback when you want to get on with things.

I had it a couple of years ago in the spring just before gardening season. I was having physical therapy until found out my insurance wouldn't pay. Continued with a heating pad on it after that for while and have not had it since.
