The Artic is Blooming

    A-Ha!!! I finally get to use this part of the forum too! lol.

    Turned out to be a beautiful sunny day and evening and ofcourse I made my rounds tonight. Take a look!

    My tulips finally are here.

    Ferns are starting to uncurl.

    Plants are getting ready to open. (don't know what it is really, but its going to be pretty,,,i hope)

    And my Wild Leek (Seiersløk) is about to get some seed balls in a few days.

    I made be slow up here but give me a few more days and more will be blooming! Thank you Midnight Sun!

    Congratulations on those lovely, red tulips and the yellow Trollius (ballblom in Norwegian). Things are really perking up out there!

    Happy for you that you are finally getting some pretty flowers. It seems so strange to me ... you calling it 'night' and it is so daylight to me! ha~ha :stew1:

    Wow everything is sure making up for lost time, 24 hour sun really does help your plants grow quickly.

    Yep, when you only have 2 maybe 2 1/2 months of growing, 24 hours of sun is a wonderful thing...lol.

    Spring all over again,,how true! I experienced everyone elses, now everyone can experience mine,,, i like that.

    These are lovely flowers you are showiing. my Trollius es do not even have flower stems and buds yet. :( ...Way to go, you!

    The fern looks like it's doing just fine. Do you have lots of them?

    Well, I appreciate you showing what will grow up there. Please do take more as they progress.

    Thanks all, i'm just so happy its all comming up. lol.

    The flowers that i post were all here long before i got here. They were KB's grandma and uncle who planted all of it. I take the seeds from the plants and scatter them around, thats all i have planted flower wise.

    Now when all this is done growing, i'm going to need serious advise on how to divide, move, when to move and what can be moved from all the stewbies here. because i don't have a clue. lol.

    Tulips are my very favorite!!!!! Our Spring starts in early February --- it is exciting to see things still blooming, our stuff is drying up :smt022 Thanks for showing your beautiful spring blooms, it made my day!

    Your tulips are very pretty.I can't wait to see all the other blooms.I'm glad our sun isn't out 24 hours as hot as it is here in the day time.
