Well, here we go again. You are invited to take a walk round the garden as it was on the 1st of June 2007. There are a lot of pictures because I added some individual shots of lfowers. I could name most of them, but there are one or three Clematis which have lost their labels over the years.
    Enjoy!.

And yes I know you may have seen the first 3 pictures before, but I do not want to move them and break a link for elsewhere!

Wow. Just beautiful. I would never have time to take care of all that. Do you charge for admission? I think you could...

Thanks folks. Funny really how photos make a place look bigger than it is, though the area is not small, just about 3/4 of an acre. Size is relative, we have some American friends whose yard is 25 acres!
Courtney, the blue bird is a Bluetit. The babies in the box have now gone and we think the parents are looking to raise another brood.
This evening we have had at least 4 and possibly 5 woodpeckers around the house.
The garden is not open to the public as the insurance for such a thing is prohibitive and any way I am ill when friends come to look, so what would I be like with strangers?
We certainly would not have been able to make this garden except that I had to take very early retirement through ill health, it is virtually a full time job for both of us.
