I ran out in the sprinkling rain before the downpour.I had found this Iris a little while before the hard rain.I think this is the most beautiful Iris I ever saw and she has a backyard full of them but this was the only one open..I've been trying to download it into photobucket and after having trouble with it freezing up on me I finally got them done.
That is a beautiful color, do you know the name of it? I miss my Iris, I got an email from Springhill nursery this morning about a reblooming Iris collection they have, 6 for $20. I'm thinking I really need to try those.

What a beautiful color. How lucky she is to have a backyard full. Where iris are happy they are very easy to grow. They are everywhere here. 8)
