It seems like over night they started to bloom. I have been watching them so I could cut and bring some into the house...I love that smell! And today I was out cutting rhubarb we have here on the farm and paying no attention at all, when I seen some dark pink catch my eye. Take a look!

As I was walking up the front field, (yard).

Sorry for them being a bit blurry but it is always windy here. I tried to hold the branch in the last pic but it still shook. These trees are 60 yrs old at least. Aunt Hedvig and her late husband planted these 2 trees when they got married. I call them happy trees!!!

They do indeed look happy! :D Ours bloomed so poorly this year, so I'm glad you're sharing yours.

Those are the one plant I miss from up North in NY. They are gorgeous and smell heavenly. You have a lovely yard.

Love your yard and the flowers are beautiful. Thanks for sharing your 'happy trees' with us. ;) Do you mind if I 'snag' the first picture?

I don't usually like the color pink but your pink Lilac is really pretty.

That first picture is really pretty sight.

Pink Lilac's - how beautiful! I can almost smell them from here!
Mine had lots of blooms this year and then I gave it a big trimming. I hope it blooms well next year too.
