I went to the doctor today and while I was sitting there this big ole gray cloud just went skimming away. The biopsy of the lymph nodes was negative, no involvement there. All the other tests were just what they were supposed to be and there were no cancer cells in the swab he did of the surgical area. The cancer is gone. Thank you all for your prayers and good thoughts. I just have to heal from the surgery and see an oncologist a couple times a year for the next five years. I don't have to have radiation or chemo since the test results are good. I may have to take a pill to inhibit estrogen after I see the oncologist but I count that small potatoes.

Wait... you still have to take it easy. We'll celebrate while you recuperate!

Well that's THE best news ever Dooley. :D You and Brian must be so relieved to hear that you have the all clear. However, you must take things easy until that wound has healed completely so rest up as much as possible please.

Awesome news Dooley!!!! So glad to hear of this for you. Still take it easy for a while, if you can. We all know you should and we all tell you that you should, but it is just not always possible. Still, keeping you in my prayers. Love, carolyn

I am more than a little happy about the results, Dooley.
I am going to wear your apron today of this good news as I pick some purple-podded kapucijner peas.

Very, very good news...I have a smile from here to over yonder somewhere. :D

WOW, great news and a big relief. If I could get outside and garden today I would wear your apron in honor of the good news but I can't so I will pat it and smile every time I pass by it in the kitchen.
