Not many people know about this story. When the Titanic sailed from England, there were 10,000 jars of Mayonaise aboard that was to be offloaded at New York and then trans shipped to Mexico. Well of coarse the Titanic hit the iceberg in the North Atlantic and sunk. The Mexican government wanted to create a holiday in rememberance of all the people who lost their lives aboard the Titanic, so they named the 5th of May....... Cinco de Mayo !

Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, this is a joke? Cinco is spanish for 5 and Mayo is May. As far as I know, there was no mayo on the Titanic.
