A little info on Aruba. It is a dutch island in the Caribbean. It is 17 miles long and 6 miles wide. One side of the island is white sand beaches and the other is cliffs and crashing wave with a desert feel. I'm amazed at how diverse it is in just a couple miles. The best thing about the whole island is that I own one grain of sand there. My husband gave me a time share in Aruba 16 years ago for our 25th wedding anniversary. aruba looks fantastic. i haven't been on holiday for a good few years now and cant wait to go again :-D
That was just a super foto display. You showed sides of the good life. It didn't look like you had it hard there at all. hahaha. Folks looked happy in every foto. There were some fotos that showed the marvelous colours to be seen there--like the water, sand and sky. It is so nice that you went there. Aruba was once a Dutch colony, so we have a natural affection for the island.
Fantastic pictures Donna, waves, palm trees and beech-combing, sounds like a very pleasant vacation. Jerry
