A friend of Randy's is a professional photographer and spent this past weekend taking photos of the event.
This is from him with a link to his blog with story and photos....
    -------------

    Good evening all,

I don't blog very often, nor do I promote it amongst friends, but I just wrote a blog post you might like.
After three 20-hour "work" days - plus half a day today, I am finally going to get a good night's rest.

Many of the hours were done out of "guilt". I did not want parents of 200+ teenagers to bring home a memoir with the kids' "normal" acne that puberty brings with it. So instead of handing over files, I took the time to play dermatologist before handing over my edited files ;-)

Here is all about my 4-day weekend. All 1,900 kids and widows / widowers are being flown home tomorrow and I am staying home!
I won't be able to help stow kids into the overhead bins or see flight attendants slide down the isle on food trays during take-offs! Damn, these were the best flights of my life!

    G'night

Bringing families together like this is a tremendous undertaking but oh so worth it. The men and women who died will never be forgotten by their families but now every year they'll know just how much the country appreciated what their loved ones gave their lives for and how brave they all were.
