Well after being so horribly poorly last week, the other half decided I needed a little garden retail therapy. Saturday we went for a gentle walk about the local nursery where he purchased a lovely golden bamboo for a bare corner by the greenhouse, and a red/brown flowered trillium for closer to the house - one of those things I have wanted forever but never treated myself to. Then today we visited a huge posh garden centre and on special they had 10 solar powered garden lanterns for £20. Seemed like a really good offer, and again was something I had fancied for ages, so they went into the basket. Not lots, but all very wanted and I am feeling oh so much better now!

    How was your weekend?

Well apart from not finishing painting the outside of the windows (it was raining) not too bad a week-end here. :-D I went to a local nursery/garden centre and picked up 4 solar, floating ponds lights, (1/2 price) 2 yellow and 2 green. I think you and I were thinking along much the same lines this week-end EJ. ;) I managed to resist buying any more plants though. :smt083
