The wonderful new Moth I found yesterday

    This wonderful Moth was sitting on one of my Hibiscus closed bloom.Its
    such pretty colors .I think you can see the wonderful pink and blues on it.

    Glenda, your moth is a Banded Sphinx. I have one too. The caterpillars are pink, yellow, black and white, really pretty.

    I never saw the Cat.I wish I had toni.I would have love to get a picture of it.

    I haven't found the caterpillar either, but did find a picture on line.

    Glenda your garden is certainly full of the lovliest insects at the moment. The Banded Sphinx is another real beauty. :D

    Thanks Eileen.I usually put out 7 dust but decided not to use anything this year.This has been the results.The grasshoppers are thriving too which I am not happy about.

    They look like a bee from a distance! Think I'll stay put where I know which ones to be scared of, lol!
    Awesome shots, though, you really are good with a camera.

    The Banded Sphinx is just beautuful. I've never seen one!
