Something is eating my peas almost as fast as I plant them. I've got whirly gigs an owl and giant pinwheels around the area and they're not one bit afraid. HELP

One word......Chicken-wire. For an ID on the 'thief' smooth out the soil so that you can see the footprints of the culprit. My first inclination is a furry creature that hops and is stocking up energy for Easter.

P.S. Is a hyphenated word 2 words or one? Hmmmm.........

The infamous Toano Tim strikes again? Looking up groundhogs and what they eat, supplies us with the morsel of information that woodchucks do not drink water, they hydrate by eating leaves and among other things like agricultural crops and perhaps Donna's plants. :) oops...:-(

I managed to get a picture of the little thief in MY garden.

Here he is trying to tuck into the fat cake I put out for the birds.

Ooooh, which reminds me. Last fall I planted some rabbit food(crocus) and I have been admiring the new spring flowers so much that I forgot to put on the rabbit protectors. Made out of chicken wire wrapped around a form(plant pot) and held in place by u shaped clips made from a coat hanger, they keep my local furry muncher hunting elsewhere for his nightly snack.
