The Clematis 'Snow Queen' is leafing out. I am hoping for a larger plant with loads of blooms this year.

Your daffodils are looking pretty & perky. Your grandson is a cutie too. :-D I think our daffodils are just a few days away from opening. Everything is about 2 weeks later than normal but buds are starting to swell.

Having two grandsons myself...I vote for the last pic as the most special bloom.

Yes Toni--those daffs are really nice to see to be sure. They are just so.....springy. :)
However the things that I want to comment on are the colourful wooden features and .....your fritalleria.
I am very excited about that. Which one is it? What will her colour be?

All really exciting... we've been waiting so long! I also really like the colorful trellis you've got for your clematis.

Sjoerd, that trellis the Clematis is on needs some repair, part of the roof didn't make it thru the winter  But I like the splash of color it gives.

The Fritallaria is Fritillaria imperialis rubra and will be red. I have never grown one before so I am really excited to see if come up, it should bloom later this month and into April....I Hope! I really want to see the color.
