I enjoyed that video! Although I don't raise any livestock, I do have a big veggie garden. I have heard many comments from people (mostly hubby's work mates that stop by) "that seems like a lot of work for a salad", "why bother-that stuff is cheap at the store", and my all time favorite "I heard on the radio that organic vegetable aren't any better for you than regular ones". I recently heard a comment "I'll be coming to YOUR house during the next black out" Not likely - after all that teasing, you think I would share with YOU?
are you all making fun of me? You all know this is really me don't you? even my son introduced me to one of his friends as Amish . I am rolling watching this video, though...it is soooo me. Thanks for finding and sharing this with us. I don't have the hand crank blender....yet.
Heaven help me, I have ordered things from an Amish store. They have great bread pans! Thank heavens we live in a small farming community where everyone grows something, and it's darned hard to find a non-gardener to take the excess produce.
