    Usually when there's a butterfly hanging around, they just flit-about for a while and then leave. This little guy stayed around for hours! I must have taken 20 pictures. I couldn't decide on just one...

    Great shots, he/she might have just come out of the chrysalis and needed food fast!! ;)
    Most butterflies don't have an underside that looks the same as the top side which makes IDing a bit hard, do you know what species it is?

    Sadly, I don't know my butterfly species.
    But here's a shot of his back. It's not very good, but maybe it could help with the ID'ing?

    Great shots...we have only had the small white ones around so far. I usually take about 30 or more shots of them at a time...no wonder my computer has so many pictures on it.
