Got the lights and garland and red bows hung on the front deck rail today. I usually do it on the Friday after Thanksgiving, day after tomorrow, but the weather was really nice. 45 deg F and sunny with not much of a wind. About dusk, I will go out and get a pic of them.

Three houses down from us has had their front yard decorated and lights on every night since the week before Halloween.
I might have our tree up by the middle of Dec....maybe.

We decorate the Saturday before the first Advent Sunday, or on December 1st, whichever comes first. Looking forward to your photos Capt. :D

I state decorating on or after December 1st. I don't put my Christmas tree up until a week before Christmas.
I have noticed a lot of Christmas lights up around town already.

Yay! I keep asking Mark if it is to soon to put our tree up, and he keeps telling me to wait until December, however he has backed down and agreed that we can now have the Christmas CD's on in the kitchen. Yay!!

    Looking good Capt!
I happened to notice the lack of snow there. I will gladly send some your direction! It's been snowing here all day.
