I am sitting here listening to {Small Change} by Tom Waites and having found out that a lot of people on this site, are how should I say this, sanity challenged. I wondered if any of you had ever listened to this guy. He has a voice like sandpaper but this guy can paint a picture with words.

I have albums "Small Change" and "Blood Money" Reggae. I do think you have to be in a certain mood to listen to his music but I do appreciate that he is extremely talented. Very distinctive voice.

You are so right Frank you could not take a steady diet I think. I like "Nighthawks at the Diner abd Blues Valentine also but Small Change is my favorite.

Have you seen a comedy movie call "Mystery Men" starring Ben Stiller? Tom Waits plays a crazy inventor in it. Quite a good movie, I recommend it ;)
