Folks, you have got to make this bread. I did. It is so tasty and moist. Thank you Toni, you get the first serving. I added blueberry sauce that i made from berries I had picked this summer an frozen, an fresh whipped cream. Kolbjørn wants to know what other good recipes you have,,,,, It was a major hit in this house.

I haven't had the lemon bread in several years, never really thought about adding a blueberry sauce but that is a delicious combination, thanks for the taste.

I don't think I have posted the chocolate bread recipe, it is really good with cream cheese.

You know, if we keep bringing up all the wonderful recipes I will have to break down and buy a new stove so I can bake again.....I seem to hear my family hollering "Yes please" in the back of my mind.

Just posted the Chocolate Bread recipe too.

Ok you all, I'm reading this late in the afternoon and my tummy is making all kinds of noises!! I am going to make this. I'm missing a few ingredients at home so I'll have to stop by the market  My mother in law surprised me with some silicone bakeware at Christmas. I made one loaf of Bishop's bread in the loaf pan and it turned out awesome. I'll try Toni's lemon bread in the loaf pan also. I'm a little concerned about waiting a whole day to slice it though!
