Trailcam strikes again!

    Husband set up the trailcam to see what was making circles of dead grass in the barn lot. We suspected a neighbor was letting his dog run at night. This is what we saw when the camera was checked in the morning:

    Better a deer than a dog!
    The white streak is the light catching the deer's eye as it moved its head.
    While mowing next to the field the other day, husband startled a faun. If the deer leave some pears for us, and don't eat the cucumbers, we are happy to share what we have. After all, they were here before us!

    That is what ate the tops off my kale plants I’m fairly certain. Rabbit fencing did not stop the donation of a free meal.

    Donation or wild rabbits using gardens as a salad bar , especially this time of year.. every critter is out in full force.
