Here again for HELP!!!! For Christmas I got the Chia Herb garden and I planted some Basil,Dill and Cilantro. The pictures show the outcome of my venture, and now I'm stuck for the answer if I can seperate the plants. The plantint medium is spongelike not potting soil, and I'm affraid if I try to seperate them I'll kill them. As ussual I forgot to write the date of when I planted the seeds. Info on Snake plant will be on blog later. Thanks for your help in advance. Have a new pot ready to receive the transplants, and very very gently tease out a clump of the extras, using a table knife or anything small. I usually end up with a clump of three or so, and manage to re-pot two out of the clump, tearing the roots off the others in the process. Alternately, you can just repot the whole clump, wait a few days to see which are strongest, and cut the weaker ones off at the surface. It looks like the basil and dill will be easier to work with than the cilantro.
