I bought a lot of tulips and hyacinths at a very good deal. I have never grown either of these so was wondering do I need to wait until last frost to plant? They are nice bulbs with a lot of green shoots. They have shot up just since I bought them.
Thanks for any advice someone can give. I live in zone 8.

The tulips and hyacinths have built-in de-freezer, but only if the bulbs were planted outside in autumn.

If I were you I'd pot them up and put them outside a bit every day to harden them. They both do well in tubs or planters. Then you can put them in the ground later.
