I just finished mowing the lawn. When nearly done, I noticed a large dark cloud just to the South of my house. It gradually moved North and I pushed the mower faster & faster. A huge clap of thunder made me jump like I haven't in years! I got done & made it into the house and it started. First mostly wind, then pea-sized hail, then more water. It's been raining now for about a half-hour. Yipee! I get to turn the sprinkler system off!! I'll post a picture later.
Welcome to the very-wet-club! I guess you were happy for the hail and rain, and I hope it will benefit you. If you go back outside, remember to bring your shampoo.
