We found a new garden center, just a smallish one recently opened up on the lot were a 50+ year old movie theater burned down last summer.
Since I always like to help out a small business, I just had to stop and at least look around. Neither of us had much cash on us so I figured it would be safe. Then we found out that, yes they do take debit cards...my goose was cooked.

I came home with 2 Lobelia, one red Celosia, one Marigold, one Blue Aster. a small pot of mixed Snapdragons that has three in it - yellow, white and red and four of a color of Potato Vine I have never seen, it is tri-color - http://www.denverplants.com/annual/html/ipomo_tri.htm
    really unusual and pretty.

As soon as I get them potted up I will take pictures.

Such a good samaritan Toni, always thinking of others. I got the same sweet potato vine, isn't it beautiful.

There are a couple of plants they will be getting in next week that I want to go back for...come on over and we will do our best to be the sole support of a small business. Plus, there are several Irish pubs within a block of the garden center. Shop a while, stop for a drink, shop for a while, try out a different pub, shop somemore, oooh new pub to try.

I like the idea of a pot of mixed Snapdragons. Some people do not like the same flower in just one color.
