After thinking Toby was going to be a small cat as he was such a tiny kitten, he is growing into quite a big boy. Here is a photo of him on top of his play tower, he really fills it out now. Also a few of him playing with Busby, who is very tolerant as Toby bites when he plays, although he doesn't put his claws out. Ahhhhh--adoreable fotos, GG. That long-suffering look on your dog is amusing. The cat is very playful, isn't it? He sorta looks like he's rather outgrown the tetherball hoop. hee hee hee
Tiny kittens have a way of becoming large cats! Someone has been taking really good care of Toby. Your two companions seem to get along well, especially since Busby obviously tolerates being slightly mauled. They sure are cute together!
Blimey Pat Toby has grown hasn't he? He's a very handsome fellow though. :-D Poor Busby doesn't look as though he's enjoying the games as much as Toby. It says a lot for him that he puts up with being batted around by a big ginger ball of fluff -thankfully without getting scratched to bits in the process.
Awww....how cute! He sure HAS grown and he has such lovely markings. Busby sure is a sucker for punishment
Thanks everyone. It's really good the way they play together. I'm so pleased they get along well as we could not have another flatcoat when we lost our Bobbie a couple of years ago as they are big strong dogs and at our time of life we could not cope with two so we introduced Toby as a buddy for Busby and it really has paid off.
Hi Pat, as you mentioned in another thread,my ginger reminded you of your Toby, well in more ways than one, they were similar, making a plaything of the dogs,a familiar sight to me also. Love the pictures of Toby and Busby, keep them coming.
I love your pair of fur-babies. They look very comfortable together, even though Busby has a suffering look about him.
Yes Droopy he does seem to have a suffering look but usually it is him that is inviting Toby to play :-o
Hi Pat, when i see my cats and dogs behaving like your Toby and Busby,i hold my breath!,seldom trouble, but the odd squeal can be heard from time to time, nothing serious though, .
