I just talked to Laura on the phone. They are doing ok.Traveling slow as the wind is so high. They are in Ozona,Texas.Thats about 384 miles from Madisonville They will be here tomorrow afternoon.
She seems to be really tired but ok.
They said tell everyone hello.Chance hasn't eat a bite since they left but said they think she will eat when she gets really hungry.

Thank God she called you and that they are OK. Poor Chance doesn't know what is going on. Didn't they have to sedate her? She will eat when they stop rolling!! Are you counting the hours now??

Seems like it was only yesterday that this all started playing out. In another way, it seems like it has been a year!! ;)

Thank you for the update. I was beginning to get worried. I do know you can't travel as fast driving a uhaul truck but it can still be worrisome. Wannabe

Whew!...What a relief. Well, I guess it is better to take it slow and easy with high winds.
    Thanks for the update.

I think they're doing the most sensible thing - taking things easy while driving in adverse weather conditions and over so many miles. I'm sure they'll all be really glad when they arrive. Chance will begin to eat once they are more settled I'm sure. Thanks so much for the update Glenda as we are all worrying about them until they actually get to you.
