This has been all over our news over the last couple of days. I have never heard of anything like it. I am wary of our rural foxes as they are very different beasts to the town foxes. A harsh reminder that all of these creatures are wild animals. Horrendous for the parents - very sad indeed.

A very strange story. I don't know all the facts but I've never heard of foxes attacking humans before.

I herard about this on Springwatch and the BBC news here on the telly.
I find it so difficult to believe that it was a fox. I have never heard of such a thing.
    It's tragic.

I wondered too...I've seen many Foxes through the years and never seen one who wasn't nervous of humans. A very strange tale indeed.

I read about this as well. Terrible. I wonder what it was that attracted them into the houses? I thought foxes were wary of people. I have seen only 2 around our area in the last 6 years abd that was only a fleeting glimpse. I hope the babies recover.

    Very odd indeed.
I also read the articles on independent online and thought to myself - maybe they were very hungry or in an extreme case (like the baboons over here) some people might have fed them and they may just be looking to the 'easy food' source.
I am probably wrong, but this is very odd behaviour for foxes.
