Some photos of what people went through at home during WW2. https://www.facebook.com/278861419283511/posts/853763938459920
Can not see the photos since I am not on Facebook. That's okay I have watched many documentaries about the devastation in England and Europe. Just horrible what people can do to each other.
For some reason every time I clicked on anything I got the Sign in or join to see more of social junkie....not interested...kept clicking on the not now button but it would not take no for an answer. I did finally get to see some of them, I just do not like sites that pester you to join. .
I've no time for social media, I don't belong to any. I do read and subscribe to several hobby message boards. I've a mobile phone, but it lives in my car. I've never sent a text. Though I have received several over the years. Some financial services providers need you to have a mobile so they can text you passwords occasionally. I'm also "anti cookie," If you buy anything on-line the site will put a cookie on your computer. If you go on "Wiki" it'll put about eight on. Every night when I close down my laptop I delete all cookies except for those that save passwords.
As it's the V E Day Anniversary and several of our neighbours have been sitting in their front gardens chatting to other neighbours. there's quite a bit of bunting in our road and there's been some fireworks going off. I thought I'd make an effort and turn on the garden lights, not that anyone else other than we will see them, mind.
