very small grey/whites pests

    New to this forum. I have started a indoor herb garden and I noticed these very small grey/white bugs in the soil. Ive tried researching them bit coming up with nothing. Any help will be useful. Heres a link to a vid of them. Towards the end you can really see them.

    Looks like mites. Maybe you have kept it too wet???? What kind of pot is it in?
