Hello everyone. Well... a pest problem going on for two years now. I have lots of house plants... I keep them in pots... and in wintertime in the apartment and in summertime on the balcony. About 4-5 plants among which two plumerias and other plants i don't know the names of - started again having very tiny insects (i heard they are some sort of spiders) but really very tiny, like white-yellow dots on the leaves. But at close look I saw them moving around. I found them both on both sides of the leaves and they have some sort of fine web... like white strings that spiders have - on top part of the plants.
