Had 4 deer come through the front yard this morning. It's a little warmer so they are starting to move again. There were 3 does and then a young one, probably from last years crop.

I have a lot of Black Locusts that get big bean pods on them. Some of the pods get up to 12 inches long. She is probably eating one of those. The squirrels and rabbits like them too.

A lovely clear shot CK. I hope the deer aren't doing too much damage to your garden.

The only thing they are chomping on is the ground cover again this year. It does save me having to cut it back. :)

That's good to know. :-D Maybe they're trimming it back as a thankyou for all the food you have on offer for them in your garden.

Amazing photo! You either have a real eye for nature (my bet) or those deer just show up to pose for you. Glad they aren't damaging, just decorating your yard.
