wannabe's visit was short but we got a lot of talking accomplished. Her flight home didn't go as smoothly as it should have but she made it. Her husband took her for something to eat and she was going to have an early night. I'm thinking that I may have an early night, too. I worried all afternoon about her getting home okay. I'm very glad she made it and was only feeling tired. That was a trip that would have made anyone tired. dooley
What a shame you only ended up having a few days together Dooley. However, I'm sure you both spent the time well and managed to catch up on each others news. So pleased that Wanna made it home OK.
That's good news that Wannabe's home safew and sound. It's a shame that the tripback wasn't as smooth as hoped--but she's back in her own nest now. I know that you guys had a good natter and enjoyed eachother's company. Now that you have stopped worrying, perhaps you can get some rest too and then start getting your home base organized. I am so glad she made it home ok.I was in the Dr office all day yesterday and didn't get to hear from her.Went by to see about Bob(our neighbor) last night on the way home .He was not doing good but went to the VA hospital today and has to go back next week for a lung biopsy next week.Everyone say a prayer and or good wishes for him.
