I want to order some Oriental's this Fall. Are there recommended companies? Or one's to stay away from?
    Thanks in advance!

I bought mine at either Lowe's or HD many years ago. But I wasn't buying them for a certain color or cultivar, I just wanted them and they were much cheaper as a bag of 2 or 3 than buying a named cultivar online..most of those are over $10 each.

Toni... I've gotten Asiatics from them before, but don't recall seeing any Orientals.
And yeah... I'm just wanting some to mix in with the Daylilies... doesn't have to be a special cultivar.

I got some Mona Lisa orientals at HD. They were $6 or $7 for a potted plant, although I got mine for free cause I was on friendly terms with the vendors ;) ;)
Stratsmom, its the Orientals that smell good :)

Come to think of it Cheryl, I don't remember seeing the Orientals at Lowe's or HD the last few years. I had bought some when I first started gardening and at that point I really didn't know the difference so I never realized that they no longer sold the Orientals and got used to having the Asiatics instead.

I have never bought the potted ones, I will have to check them out next spring.
