Oasis just try it .If the sun is as hot there as here in Texas .It will Scald them and the leaves will turn brown and die. Yes I will take a picture to show proof for her if she does not have, as we had a rain and then the hot sun came out and almost killed my hibiscus and one bunch of my sunflowers . not
Watering roses in hot sun is just like you lying outdoors, wet, when the sun is at its strongest. Imagine how you would look after a short time - now imagine you are a rose in the same conditions. Even here in Scotland on hot, sunny days plants can get scorched that's why I always leave off watering the garden until evening. Oh, almost forgot. WELCOME TO GARDENSTEW OASIS.
Yes I do. Why are you asking? I water my yard around 8 am every morning. My roses stay in the sun from the second its peeks its head up to the second it goes down. I spray my rose with a water sprayer...the kind you hook to the end of yur hose. I dont have a drip hose. Since about mid spring its been so hot even ealry morning that when I water my roses and the water get on the outside leaves, they will turn yellow then brown. So yes I have proof. Theres nothing I have posted that I have not dealt with first hand. That is why when you look through my blog, theres certain bugs missing, like aphids and spider mites. If have any questions just ask. Im not saying Im a pro rose grower by any means. I have just posted what I have because I personally think roses are easy to grow and if I can grow them anyone can. So I have tracked HOW I GROW THEM and have given tips that I have learned. So if proof you need, proof I got as I have kept track with pics of everything.
I quess you had no questions, just wanted to call me out. Next time try Pming me instead. No reason for this non sense to be on a topic.
