Water on the sundeck and the birds.

    Water is needed the whole year for the birds. I started taking pictures of those that came to the sundeck. I have 6 or 7 small dishes and a 2 foot pond, just a small one, and these are the birds so far. Count how many different ones there are.Birds and Water

    Great bird pictures and with captions too! I will have to second Cheryl's comment as I have but one birdbath. Dishes it is!! I'm sure the birds will not mind.

    I agree that water is essential in a garden Kildale. My pond sees lots of actvity from the birds and I love to watch them drinking and bathing. Your birds certainly seem to appreciate the dishes you put out for them.

    Oh they are lovely! I am always tickled at the birds who fly in and out of the sprinkler. I turn it on as much for the birds as for the garden.
