I have read a lot about it but nothing about what it tastes like. Does anyone grow it and use it in anything?

I figured someone would grow the stuff. It seems extremely easy and grows like a weed from what I have read. Anyone eat this stuff or use it in soups and or other dishes?

    INVASIVE

white watercress is a very invasive plant, that is in lots of small creeks now, and is crowding out the native plants. A lot of states are trying to eradicate this. I have seen it choking out rivulets in Hood River, Oregon. Yes it does grow well, but I am not growing it, as I hate to weed.

I am growing it. It has a bitter peppery taste very overpowering. I planted it in the garden next to my arugula, two weeks ago and it is doing very well.
