I didn't see 'me'(my county of city) in the list. Can't imagine why. Because we are having the same thing. Everything is dying, the grass is getting scorched (and with July 4th and fireworks coming up ...). You just can't keep things wet even watering twice a day.
Holy smokes Glenda! That is HOT! I can't help but wonder how people function in that kind of heat? How do people go about their day to day business? And what about the people who work outdoors?
Do you get thunder showers when that happens? When we get really hot you can see the thunder bumpers forming in the sky, then we have to worry about lightening strikes and forest fires Make sure you keep you and Oreo hydrated!!! We were outside until about 2 pm today. But we had awnings and sun canopies and we drank lots of bottled water. dr and I have been going on Friday and Saturday to a local farmer's market. We all keep moving our chairs from one place to another to keep in the shade. dooley
I stay in the house until about 8:00 pm and then water my plants.I take Oreo out but he does his business fast and back in the house.
