Last night we had a horrible storm pass through. at least there was no hail or damaging winds. When we got up, this is what our day looked like. The flooded fields ( photo / image / picture from carolyn keiper's Garden ) New gully washed out from the running water along the driveway ( photo / image / picture from carolyn keiper's Garden ) ( photo / image / picture from carolyn keiper's Garden ) River Styx in th afternoon. ( photo / image / picture from carolyn keiper's Garden ) On the bridge over River Styx, overflowing it's banks ( photo / image / picture from carolyn keiper's Garden ) east view ( photo / image / picture from carolyn keiper's Garden ) It has poured on and off all day here, torrentially at times, and was just like my last driveway photos in the driveway ( photo / image / picture from carolyn keiper's Garden ) same look, different day:'( :'( :'( :'( I'm hoping it will dry out soon.
Oh boy!,..luckily you have two greenhouses,..everything would be flattened down otherwise,..lets hope it dries up and you get a long spell of moderate weather.
If this keeps up you will need dikes to contain River Carolyn. Lake Keiper will be a reality soon. You need some sun diverted up from Texas. Jerry
Thanks All, I sure hate to complain about getting rain when others of you are bone dry, but....... there can be too much of a good thing at times. Where ever we are we seem to be getting "all or none" in the weather dept.
