I've been wanting to do something with this corner. It's so hard to keep the grass and weeds out. Plus when the Bouganvillea is growing you risk your life/limbs by working in there.

So, with some of the old concrete chucks from my dad's old workshop, some/lots of newspaper and a bag of mulch. I think I have it under control.

That was such a small change, but the impact was enormous. Excellent addition.

    Thanks Michael and Carolyn.
One less area to stress over.
What took me so long to do this? :headscratch:

The stone looks nice, a big improvement, now it is a showy feature.

Thanks Philip and Jerry. Although they are not really "stones"... they do the same job... and as a bonus... they were free! I'm just happy knowing I won't have to crawl in there to pull weeds/grass anymore.

Oh, that looks sooo good. The chunks of concrete look perfect there.
When I'm skulking around your junk pile some night I need to see about self appropriating some of those concrete chunks too.

There's plenty left Toni. But you'd better hurry, I keep finding uses for them. ;)
