WOWEEE!!! Thanks for the welcome home! It seems like I have been gone for a long time! But, I am back now....What a great trip it was, too! I've got "stuff" strewn all over my house.... piles of VERY dirty laundry covered in Peruvian soil! I don't mean to tease, but I took tons of pictures. I know the pictures of the mountains will never do justice to the awesome-ness (is that a word?) of the Andes. Gosh, I can't begin to describe how it felt to be there. I just loved it. I thought of you all -- I took special pics of flowers and interesting plants to show you, especially as we walked through the jungle. Also, pics of the animals I encountered, and people. Architecture. Food. Whew. I've got to get them organized! When I logged on yesterday for the first time, there were more than 700 postings! How will I catch up, I don't know! It is good to be home, and good to be back among GS friends. I thought of you often. And Sjoerd, Deanna, Droopy, Eileen, KK and Glenda --- thank you again for the warm welcome home. That was soooo nice.
OO can hardly wait to see all you piccies Daisy. Sounds as though you had a great time in Peru - wish I could have been there with you. Soooo lovely to have you back home with us again.
