While I always look forward to planting all of my annuals and getting the garden in summer shape, I won't have much time or energy to spare next May. I'm 11 weeks pregnant and am due May 24th. Yikes! This makes number 4 for us. The others are 5, 2 1/2, and 1 year old. It looks like I'll be busier raising children than flowers for a while. But think of all the gardening buddies I'll have in a couple of years!

Congrats on the new baby. You will have your hands full for sure. Babies need sunshine too so maybe you will find some gardening to do and start them out early.

Lovely news! :stew2: Congratulations, I hope you'll have an easy pregnancy! My girls started to "help" in the garden when they weren't even a year old, so I'm certain you can have loads of fun together! :D

Happy motherhood, Jakrum. It's never too soon to get those kids out in the garden. Hope you're feeling well.

Congratulations Jakrum! I think if I was younger I'd try for #4 too! My kids have brought so much joy to my life. I wish you all the best for an easy pregnancy and a healthy baby :)

congrats on # 4. If we could pass by those teenage years, maybe I'd try again. But I just can't take kids who think they know more then you do between those years. After they get passed that they come back and like all the hugs they can get.

Congratulations Jakrum! I hope you have a healthy baby (one that learns early on to sleep through the night as well)! Children in the garden are a lot of fun, even as early as a year old. And if you miss your gardening and can't get out there, you can always live vicariously through everyone's gardens here, there are always wonderful photos posted here.
